Where care connects and brighter days begin

Our small, multi-disciplinary team of dedicated support workers also work across our support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching positions. Each of our team hold relevant professional qualifications, are pursuing studies in mental health fields like social work or psychology, and possess a mental health certificate or diploma.

We have unique skills in building relationships that acknowledge and minimise power imbalances, build connections and trust, and advocate for our clients to help them feel empowered and in control of their choices.

Community Access

Engaging with your community can enrich your life and boost your mental well-being. However, we understand that the barriers to connecting with your community can be hard to cross.

 

We're here to help you. Whether it’s enjoying a hike, or going to a concert, we’ll support you in getting there. More than just transportation, we’ll join you in these meaningful moments. to build stronger communication skills, understand social cues, foster independence, and grow in confidence.
