Support Coordination
Support Coordination plays a vital role in helping you make the most of your NDIS plan. It is designed to ensure you receive the necessary supports and services to achieve your goals, enhance your independence, and maximize your participation in the community
Offering support across Greater Queensland
The NDIS funds three different levels of support coordination, depending on your needs.

Level 1 – Support Connection
We’ll link you with the right services and support networks, helping you gain confidence, capacity, and understanding of your NDIS plan.

Level 2 – Support Coordination
We help you unravel the complexities of the NDIS, advocate for your needs and preferences, build the skills to manage your supports and increase independence, guide you confidently through your rights, responsibilities, and the NDIS framework.

Specialist Support Coordination
We provide tailored strategies and intensive coordination to connect you with the most appropriate and effective supports, ensuring positive outcomes that enhance your quality of life.
