About Me

I’m currently completing my Honours in Psychology and working towards becoming a registered psychologist. I’m a strong believer in the value of work ethic, dedication, and curiosity, and I bring these qualities to everything I do.

Before moving into psychology, I spent over a decade working across the hospitality and construction industries, where I developed a deep appreciation for the challenges many workers face — both physically and mentally. During my time in construction, I often supported apprentices and tradespeople who were struggling with mental health concerns on-site. These experiences inspired my commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice that focuses on practical, compassionate support.

My professional interests centre on supporting people in trade and labour industries, drawing on both my lived experience and psychological training to help improve mental wellbeing, resilience, and connection in high-demand workplaces.

Fun Fact

When the weather’s right, you’ll usually find me rock climbing or free climbing — it’s my favourite way to challenge myself and stay grounded at the same time.
