About Me

I am a dedicated mental health professional with strong foundations in psychology, and counselling. I bring authenticity and curiosity to my work across roles in Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Support Coordination and Support Work.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (BScPsych with Academic Excellence Awards 2022-2024) and am currently completing the Clinical Psychology Honours. I have experience in counselling and psychosocial recovery coaching and am also completing a Diploma of Counselling which reflects my commitment to person-focused practice alongside clinical research.

My professional interests centre on psychodynamic approaches to complex mental health conditions, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder and Schizophrenia, exploring underlying psychological processes while supporting meaningful recovery.

I am passionate about creating collaborative therapeutic relationships that honour every person’s unique experience and recovery journey. My combined experiences enable holistic support that addresses both immediate needs and long-term wellbeing.

Fun Fact

In my spare time, I enjoy unwinding at the cinema or turning the dial up a little with adventure sports. However, I will continue to reject any offer of combining the two by watching Jaws while being in the ocean!
